Dr. Sarah Alansari, DDS, MS — Orthodontist

I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UAE and completed my orthodontic residency at New York University College of Dentistry, where I also pursued advanced fellowships in orthodontics and translational research. I later earned a Master's degree in Oral Biology from New York University and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

With over eight years of clinical experience, I have treated a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from early interceptive orthodontics for growing children to complex skeletal and craniofacial deformities. I am trained in the use of botulinum toxin (Botox) in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions (TMDs) as well as to augment the correction of facial aesthetics and asymmetries.

In parallel with my clinical practice, I have dedicated more than seven years to academic teaching and leadership. I have served as Clinical Director and Assistant Professor at CTOR Academy, and I am now an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, where I train future generations of orthodontists. My passion for advancing the field lies in my continuous efforts in clinical and translational research, published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences.
